Refund and Returns Policy

At Dragon Lore Tours, I aim to be fair and transparent while recognising that late cancellations have a real impact on a small, time‑intensive operation. The following terms apply to all tour bookings.

Cancellation by you

• More than 30 days before the tour date
  90% of the full tour price will be refunded, minus any non‑recoverable costs such as pre‑purchased tickets or third‑party fees.

• Between 7 and 30 days before the tour date
  50% of the full tour price will be refunded.

• 7 days or less before the tour date, or in case of no‑show
  Payments are non‑refundable.

These charges reflect the preparation time, advance costs and loss of earnings involved in holding a date for a small, bespoke tour.

Changes and rescheduling

If you need to change your date, please contact me as soon as possible. While changes cannot be guaranteed, I will do my best to accommodate a new date, and in some cases may be able to apply part of your existing payment towards a future tour, subject to availability and the terms above.
