Through various artefacts, he traced the origins of the financial capital of the world, and innumerable quests for power and influence. Arjun is exceptionally knowledgeable, but what really sets him apart is his genuine passion for England, its history, politics, culture, and the legacy of the British Empire. He has an incredible ability to weave together thousands of years of history into engaging stories that make every stop come alive. Whether we were standing among the stones at Avebury or exploring the magnificent Salisbury Cathedral, he provided fascinating context that you simply wouldn’t get from a guidebook.
He was thoughtful, personable, and happy to answer our endless questions, adapting the conversation to our interests while making the day feel relaxed rather than rushed. His enthusiasm is infectious, and it’s clear he truly loves sharing his country with visitors.
If you’re looking for a guide who combines deep historical knowledge with engaging storytelling and genuine warmth, I cannot recommend Arjun highly enough. We left with a much richer understanding of England and some fantastic memories.
