Many ideas were woven together, which we would not have considered, simply because it would never have occurred to us, such as the many things the dragon can represent, and has represented to the many peoples occupying the place we now call London. I had an incredible experience with Dragon Lore Tours! The tour was truly memorable, and our guide, Arjun, was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and brought so much depth and meaning to the experience. Arjun is exceptionally knowledgeable, but what really sets him apart is how he structures the experience. Rather than just pointing out sites, he weaves a cohesive narrative that charts the origin story of the City of London, from its early roots through its rise as the financial capital of the world.
What made the experience especially memorable was how personal he made it. He took the time to understand my interests and background and tailored parts of the tour to align with them, which made everything feel much more engaging and relevant. He also provided a comprehensive PDF guide afterward, which was an unexpected bonus. It neatly recaps the places we visited and the broader historical narrative.
On top of all that, Arjun is incredibly personable and kind; just a genuinely great person to spend a few hours with.
Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting London. Our guide, Arjun was so knowledgeable, fun, interesting and an AMAZING storyteller of all things City of London and its history with the Dragons and much more! We saw and visited places we never would have been able to see or find on our own. We packed a lot into 3 hours and totally got our moneys worth and then some! By the end of the tour we felt like long lost friends and we walked away feeling truly enchanted! This was the highlight of our trip! We will be back to do another tour with Arjun!
